This position, is pivotal to ensuring the HTS and SWD Communications strategies are delivered across the GLT (Global Technology) sites. Based in the GLT sites of Pune, Hyderabad, Brazil and China, (Malaysia eventually) this role will report directly to the Manager of GLT Communications (based in Pune) who will oversee the role. This role will ensure all global and Local Campaign’s (Group, HTS, SWD) are executed to requirements, to the right audience within the locations and to timescales. As well as ensuring SWD and HTS requirements are met, the role will also serve as the site location communications consultant/relationship manager to senior management on local internal communication needs and issues management. The position will work in close alignment and partnership with the other GLT Site Relationship Leads to ensure consistency in messages and process across the wider organization, to ensure consistency in Brand and to share best prac tice. As mentioned, this role is functionally aligned to the Manager of GLT Communications and the ‘Customer’ of this position will be the Senior Management team of the specific GLT site. Execution of Global and Local Campaigns (including all HTS initiatives such as Platinum League, Milestone Summit etc.) Content Creation for ad-hoc campaigns, initiatives, strategic messaging, management townhalls, conference, workshops etc.

Competências e habilidades desejadas

• Solid experience in a Communications role, preferably with a global brand of over 30,000 employees. • Proven expertise of working in a cross functional matrixed team with experience of working across multiple locations and geographies • Strong Planning and Organisation skills with the proven ability to work in a highly complex matrix environment • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills • Strong knowledge of the Internal communications, Channel communication, Business communication and Events with knowledge of External Communication and Marketing. • Degree/MA in Communication Arts, Applied Communications, Marketing, Journalism and/or the like or, a Post-graduate degree in Management, Communications • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with excellent presentation skills and proper use of influencing
