PROJECT MANAGER / CURITIBA

Responsibilities: Responsible for providing performance consulting for assigned businesses and working closely with business stakeholders and front-line performers to ensure that proposed learning or other indicated interventions are designed with relevance for the audience and focused on producing desired business impact. Provides advice and guidance to learning leaders in the development of comprehensive learning and performance strategies; presents proposed learning strategies or recommends other non-training interventions. Provides instructional design support to analyze job performance gaps and training needs, determine course scope and instructional strategies, and ensure instructional integrity of learning solutions throughout the development process. Effectively advocates the value of performance analysis and diagnostics. Builds trusted relationships with business stakeholders to enable a good understanding of relevant business issues. Provides Instructional Design services and works closely with clients to conceptualize, design, and write highly interactive learning solutions (e-learning, instructor-led training, blended solutions) that target learning objectives and improve performance. Develops alliances and working relationships with subject matter experts. Supports and builds effective working relationships with instructors to efficiently gather content information and feedback. Works cross-functionally with creative and technical departments to build client solutions. Manages work on projects efficiently so that tasks are completed on time, problems are anticipated or resolved quickly, and team members are clear on project requirements and schedules. Creates high-level, performance-based curriculum maps. Provides role-based outcomes input into accreditation frameworks and programs. Evaluates pilot and deployed solutions for effectiveness. Develops and participates in system and user acceptance testing. Maintains business specific solution Portfolios. Desired Skills and Experience

Requirements: Auditable experience in the Human Performance Improvement field Professional qualification/degree or equivalent experience Well rounded business experience resulting in business and financial acumen Broad knowledge of learning interventions Technological awareness and understanding Excellent interpersonal/relationship skills Strong analytical and synthesis skills Systems thinking and understanding, confidence, and flexibility Project management experience Working knowledge of Organizational Development interventions An understanding of organizational dynamics Demonstrated leadership and facilitation skills Experience in the design of blended learning solutions to include eLearning, VILT and Social Collaboration Experienced proposal writer Availability to travel occasionally Proficient in English
