REGIONAL MANAGER SOUTH / CURITIBA

The Operations Team is responsible for delivering the service level in all the cities 99Taxis work. The position will be based on Curitiba-PR.

Our main goal is to offer an excellent experience in every ride for our customers (both the passenger and the taxi driver).

As a Regional Manager you will be responsible for managing a team spread across the region (mainly on Curitiba-PR and Porto Alegre-RS).

The Regional Manager need to bring new opportunities for partnerships with events, activations and implement the national marketing campaigns on the local level, considering the cultural differences between cities.

You need to have a troubleshooter attitude, be results oriented and extremely goal-driven.

Skills and experience desired: Team management experience; Track record in delivering results; Negotiation skills; Previous startup experience is a plus.
