ELECTROLUX CONTRATA GERENTE DE MARKETING DE PRODUTO

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy and cyclical activities:
- Participate in and facilitate the development of the Regional Product Line marketing strategy as part of the overall Small Appliances Sector strategy and the Global PL strategy.
- Lead the way in defining and continuously refining the Regional PL Positioning and Purpose in line with Global PL
- Responsible for the Articulation of Wellbeing, Taste and Care into each key category for the PL/Region
- All of the above on Regional level with Local/Cluster differences highlighted
- Facilitating governance of the Regional PL Key categories Product plans (Generation plan, Technology Road Map, Lead Regions/Markets identification and launch/roll out plans by brand)
- Providing input to the PL Learning Plan (CJU)
- Core/extended team member in key regional Star projects responsible for defining key consumer insights including target segment and consumer personas, PVP/EVP, Brand articulation into PAP, key superiority/claims, How to Win
- Defining the Project learning Plan (together with Global PMD and CJU)
Development to launch: Commercial Launch
- Ensuring Lead Region/Market embracing (with Product Marketing, Brand and 360 activation) for an on strategy and insight commercial launch developmen
- Facilitating Support Regions alignment and timely input
- Together with Global PM develop and implement strategic partnerships with external brands and institutions, where existing partnerships are redundant
- Setting key parameters for launches (based on existing frameworks where relevant) – themes, naming, claims, PVP/EVP, AEC,
- Own/drive/sign off the IMAP for the region/SA (Responsible for all assets relating to level 1, 2 and 3 product launches
- Drive level 3 initiatives towards 360 marketing team and all basic support deliverables for level 1-2*
- SA owner of Instore and Online strategy - Work closely with the marketing organization (Brand/360 activation) and make a significant strategic input to the overall channel strategy that will ensure profitable growth in volume/market share
- Responsible for creating the Product Marketing Brief within each Project
- Drive level 3 initiatives towards 360 marketing team and all basic support deliverables for level 1-2*

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- BS degree
- Minimum 10 years of solid experience in product marketing or experience in commercial areas
REQUIRED LANGUAGES
- Proficient in English and Portuguese
- Spanish as a plus
